Almost all of our project managers are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP). All of our project managers are members of the Project Management Institute (PMI), with some of our Associates serving on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Valley - Outaouais Chapter (OVOC) of PMI.

In addition, DAMA Consulting has Associates who are project management support specialists. They form the core of our capability to provide project control, coordination and administration support services.

The remaining Associates are management consultants, though many also have extensive project management experience and/or have areas of specialty that are directly applicable to project management. These areas of specialty include for example, configuration management, document and records management, and risk management.

Of particular note is our strong capability in the area of Quality Management. Our specialists in this area include ISO 9001 Auditors and Lead Auditors. They offer a wide range of Quality Management services including Quality Management System internal audits, transition to ISO 9000:2000, getting your organization 'ISO Ready', as well as providing ongoing Quality Management System advice.
