Our Quality Management Services cover a wide-range of capabilities, including:
- Planning a Quality Management System: coaching the executive team in the benefits of a sound Quality Management System, familiarizing management and employees with the essentials of a Quality Management System, conducting an assessment of the current processes and developing an implementation plan to establish a Quality Management System.
- Establishing a Quality Management System: documenting the business processes, training management and employees in the application of the Quality Management System, and providing implementation guidance. Some of our client organizations may also require an assessment of the degree to which they are 'ISO Ready'.
- Operating a Quality Management System: providing ongoing advice, conducting internal audits of the Quality Management System, analyzing Quality Management System metrics and evaluating the current Quality Management System against continuous improvement models.
